SportsCardPulse is a sports card collection management tool. It provides AI-assisted card identification, market price lookups via eBay, portfolio tracking, and a sports card news feed. All prices and valuations are estimates based on publicly available market data and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SportsCardPulse. One account per person; you may not share accounts.
You agree not to:
Free accounts may add up to 20 cards to their collection. Upgrading to SportsCardPulse Premium removes this limit and unlocks additional features. Limits may change with reasonable notice.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
If you opt in to the SportsCardPulse Card Catalogue, you grant TMR Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised card identity data (player name, year, set, variant, grade) derived from your scans to build and improve the shared catalogue. This licence ends when you withdraw consent. No prices or personal information are included.
The SportsCardPulse app, brand, and content (excluding your personal collection data) are owned by TMR Tech. Card images, player names, and set names are the property of their respective rights holders (Topps, Panini, PSA, etc.). SportsCardPulse makes no claim of ownership over third-party card content.
SportsCardPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI identification, or accuracy of market valuations. Use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, TMR Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of SportsCardPulse, including but not limited to financial losses based on app valuations.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting tom@tmrtech.co.uk.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
